First, we took the bus tour around the zoo to get a feel for everything. That accounts for the unsightly metal bar in most of these photos.
Giraffe. That one I remember.
There's a zebra in this picture.
Mountain goat of the Rocky Mountain variety if I recall correctly.
Grizzly Bear.
Lions.
Elephants.
Rhino.
An out-of-focus kaola bear.
A seal.
A type of monkey. The glass made photography difficult. Apparently, they only look pregnant.
As you can see here, there was little baby monkey running around.
Orangutang perhaps.
The baby panda was taking a nap. There was a really long line to see the panda. This one was born around the time of my last visit to the zoo, which was exactly two years ago.
It woke up as we were leaving.
We went to a little show where some animals were displayed.
Here's a reindeer.
A leopard.
A view from the skyfari.
An unidentified animal.
A polar bear is asleep.
Ducks.
Helen on the skyfari.
There was some special event that night at the zoo, so peacocks had been released in the park. Here are some perched on a roof.
Another white bird, chillin' on the sign.
A baby peacock.
Baby peacock and mother.
Mother trying to convince baby peacock to fly (unsucessfully).
